1. Overview

Alchemy Art LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a range of products and services both online and in-person. These include the sale of craft kits, finished handmade items, and creative services such as workshops, private parties, corporate events, and team-building sessions.

By using our website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Products

a. Sales and Returns

  • We sell craft kits and handmade items through our website and in person.
     

  • Due to the nature of many of our items being handmade and custom, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
     

  • If your item arrives broken or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by emailing info@AlchemyArtLLC.com with your order number and photos of the item.
     

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging, and a refund or replacement will be issued once the item is received back.
     

 

3. Services

a. Workshops and In-Studio Events

  • We offer workshops at our studio and off-site at partner locations.
     

  • Booking is subject to availability and must be confirmed via email or through our booking system.
     

  • Workshop tickets are non-refundable, but you may request to reschedule to a future session up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
     

b. Private Parties and Events (including corporate and team building)

  • When hiring us for a private event, a contract will be provided detailing your selected services, party date, estimated guest count, and the deposit amount to secure your reservation.
     

  • A final headcount is required no later than 7 days prior to your event. This number will be used to calculate your final invoice and will not be reduced if fewer attendees are present on the day of the event.
     

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or guest reductions after the cutoff date.
     

 

4. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

a. If You Cancel:

  • More than 14 days before the event:
    You may receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee OR opt to reschedule your event within 90 days of the original event date.
     

  • Within 14 days of the event:
    You may receive a 50% refund OR opt to reschedule your event within 90 days of the original event date.
     

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice:
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
     

b. Rescheduling Terms:

  • Rescheduled events must be held within 90 days of the original date.
     

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
     

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
     

 

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event or issue appropriate credits where feasible.

 

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
